Your content
You retain ownership of the prompts and reference media you submit. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you own the images and videos you generate with the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload as a reference.
Credits and payments
The Service offers free credit and paid subscription plans that provide a monthly creative budget. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Studiobase and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other proprietary materials.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or unexpected, and you are responsible for reviewing it before use. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studiobase will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
